Description
Swift 3D is a next-generation optical extensometer designed for labs that want precision without complexity. It delivers true stereo-based 3D measurement using dual 6.3 Mpx cameras and AI-powered specimen detection, allowing you to start testing almost instantly. The system arrives fully pre-calibrated, launches its measurement method automatically at Windows startup, and positions the LINE PROBE on your specimen without manual adjustment.
Thanks to 3D thickness recognition, cross-polarized lighting for reflective surfaces, and automatic detection of gauge marks, Swift 3D provides highly reliable strain and displacement data even in challenging conditions. With real-time acquisition up to 150 Hz, plug-and-measure operation, and optional 5V Start/Stop for complete UTM integration, it fits effortlessly into any modern testing workflow.
Swift 3D eliminates setup time, removes user dependency, and brings consistent, robust, and automated 3D deformation measurement to tensile, compressive, and flexural testing.

Alpha Deck – effortless manual control
Alpha Deck is an optional handheld controller designed to streamline everyday operation of the Swift 3D within the Alpha software environment. It provides 13 programmable hardware buttons with a compact LED display, giving the operator direct access to the most frequently used functions without switching screens or navigating menus.
With Alpha Deck, you can quickly activate gauge length presets, choose thickness/diameter ranges, control lighting, zero signals, start or stop measurements, and run specimen or mark detection. As a physical extension of the Alpha software, it offers a fast and ergonomic way to control the measurement workflow — especially in busy labs where speed and repeatability matter.
