Description

X-Sight Bridget is a dedicated all-in-one DIC system for the measurement of bridges. Equipped with three synchronized high-resolution cameras, robust hardware, and Alpha DIC® software, it delivers reliable deformation data — both in real-time and in powerful post-processing.

Designed for field use, Bridget combines precision optics with rugged construction, ensuring stable operation even in harsh outdoor conditions. A wide palette of engineering tools enables complex deformation analysis.

With this system, on-site measurements can be performed with full evaluation of thermal deformation effects.

Bridge Measurement Setup

The basic setup consists of the Bridget measuring unit and a PC running Alpha DIC. Bridget can be positioned to capture the entire bridge or only a selected area, depending on the measurement requirements.

The system can be optionally expanded with additional cameras (e.g., under the bridge). Measured data can be analysed during the measurement using the Bridge Visualization Tool, which may run either on the same PC or on a separate workstation that collects and visualises data from all connected cameras.
