ROD Video Extensometer

ROD video extensometer is an optical extensometer optimized for tensile testing of reinforcing steel. ROD is equipped with dust-proof dual cameras and designed with harsh industrial environments in mind.
The unique ITT functionality of the Alpha software allows for measuring specimens with an oxide or rust layer falling off during testing. This feature gives ROD a significant advantage compared with standard video extensometers whose are under such conditions almost unusable.
